Every province adopts the National Building Code on its own schedule and adds its own rules: Quebec contractors must hold an RBQ licence, Alberta contractors who take deposits need a prepaid-contracting licence, BC stratas must approve condo alterations. Our coordination starts with the permit and licensing route for your address, so the quote is built on what is actually allowed.

Do you take small jobs or only projects?
Both. A drywall patch is as legitimate a booking as a basement build — and small jobs done well are how most of our larger clients started with us.
Are quotes really fixed?
Defined scopes are priced fixed and stay fixed. Where walls hide unknowns, contingencies are named up front with a cap — and spent only with your written approval. Extras invented mid-job are not a thing here.
Who does the actual building?
Vetted, insured local contractors and licensed trades, selected per job and quality-checked by us. We coordinate and stay accountable; we don’t pretend to have a house crew in every city, because nobody honest does.
