AZAANEX PROPERTY

Home Inspections

Buying, selling, or just tired of wondering what that stain in the basement means — we arrange thorough home inspections with licensed, insured inspectors in your province, then walk you through what the report actually says.

What the inspection covers

Structure, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, insulation and visible moisture problems — a full visual inspection to the standards recognized in your province, documented with photos. The inspector goes where inspectors go: attic, crawl space, electrical panel, the corner of the basement nobody has looked at since 2009.

You get a written, photo-documented report, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Then — and this is the part most inspection companies skip — we stay on the file. If the report says "recommend further evaluation of the electrical panel," we can tell you what that means in dollars and, if you want, get a repair quote through AZAANEX BUILD.

Pre-purchase and pre-listing

For buyers, an inspection turns a listing into facts before you waive conditions. In a hot market the timelines are brutal — tell us your condition deadline and we book an inspector to meet it, not to "get back to you."

For sellers, a pre-listing inspection removes the surprise that kills deals at the table. You find the problem first, fix it or price it in, and negotiate from strength.

Why choose AZAANEX

Licensed and insured

We only book licensed, insured inspectors, and we confirm the credentials that apply in your province before the visit.

Price confirmed first

Scope and price agreed in writing before anything is booked. No surprises at the door.

Report in 24–48 hours

Photo-documented and written in plain language — with us on hand to translate the cautious inspector phrasing.

If the report finds work, AZAANEX BUILD can price it with the report as the scope. One coordinator end to end.

How it works

  1. Tell us the property and your deadline

Address, property type, and when you need the report — that’s all we need to start.

  2. We confirm inspector, scope and price

A licensed inspector in your area, booked to your timeline, at a price you approve in writing.

  3. Inspection and report

The inspection happens; the report lands in your inbox within a day or two.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you book an inspection?

Usually within 2–3 business days in major cities. If you have a condition deadline, tell us the date and we work backwards from it.

Can I attend the inspection?

Yes, and you should if you can — an hour walking the property with the inspector teaches you more about the house than the report will.

Do I get a written report?

Always. Photo-documented, written, typically within 24–48 hours of the visit.

What if the inspection finds problems?

Then it did its job. We help you understand how serious each finding is, and if you want repair pricing, AZAANEX BUILD can quote from the report directly.
