AZAANEX MOVE

Packing Services

Packing is the part of moving everyone underestimates by a factor of three. A professional team packs a home in hours, in materials that actually protect things, with labels that mean the first night in the new place includes bedsheets and coffee.

What professional packing looks like

Dish barrels for the kitchen, wardrobe boxes that move closets on their hangers, proper paper (newsprint ink stains — we don’t use newspaper), bubble for the genuinely fragile, and mattress bags because floors of moving trucks are not clean places. Every box labelled by room and contents, fragiles marked and loaded accordingly.

You choose the depth: full-home packing the day before the move; fragiles-only, where we handle the kitchen, glass and art and you do the books and linens; or materials-only, delivered to your door with honest advice on how much you actually need. Unpacking at the destination — boxes emptied, contents placed, cardboard removed — is the option people don’t know exists and are happiest about afterwards.

Why it pairs with the move

When the same company packs and moves, accountability has no seam: nobody can blame the packing for the damage or the handling for the crushed box, because both were ours. It also makes coverage cleaner — professionally packed boxes are typically covered in ways owner-packed boxes are not. If you pack yourself, we’ll still tell you honestly how to do it well.

Why choose AZAANEX

Speed you can’t match

A trained two-person team packs an average home in a day — the job that takes owners three weekends.

Materials that work

Dish barrels, wardrobe boxes, proper paper — protection chosen per item, not one box fits all.

Labels that mean something

Room, contents, priority — so the first night has bedding and the kitchen reassembles in an hour.

Seamless accountability

Packed and moved by one company — no finger-pointing gap if anything goes wrong.

How it works

  1. Tell us the scope

Full home, fragiles-only, or materials-only — and the move date it needs to precede.

  2. Approve the quote

Team, hours, and materials itemized in writing.

  3. Packing day

The team packs to the labelling system; essentials boxes marked to travel with you.

  4. Optional unpacking

At destination: boxes emptied, contents placed, cardboard gone the same day.

Coverage

Available across Canada wherever we move — packed by the same vetted crews, coordinated from our Toronto office. See where we work.

Packing Services by province:

Pricing

Quoted in writing by home size and depth of service, materials itemized. Materials-only orders are priced per kit with honest quantities — we’d rather deliver a second batch than sell you a tower of unused boxes.

Who does the work

Professionally packed goods are covered under the move’s cargo terms as stated in your quote — typically broader than coverage for owner-packed boxes, which is worth knowing before you decide to pack yourself.

Frequently asked questions

How long does packing a house take?

A trained team typically packs a two-to-three-bedroom home in one day. Kitchens are half the work — that’s also why the fragiles-only option is so popular.

Can you pack just the kitchen and breakables?

Yes — fragiles-only is our most-booked tier. You pack the unbreakable bulk; we handle everything that shatters.

What should I keep out of the boxes?

Passports, medications, chargers, jewellery, keys and the first-night essentials. We bring it up before packing day so nothing important gets sealed into box forty-one.

Do you take the boxes away afterwards?

With the unpacking option, yes — flattened and gone the same day. Without it, we can schedule a cardboard pickup once you’ve emptied at your own pace.
