Frequently asked questions
Can you take it from the basement, or do I bring it out?
From wherever it is — inside carry is the point of the service. Leave it where it sits; the stairs are our problem.
What can’t you take?
Hazardous waste — paint, chemicals, propane, asbestos-suspect material — follows different rules; we’ll point you to your municipal depot. Nearly everything else, including electronics, appliances and mattresses, is fine.
Do you handle estate clear-outs?
Yes, regularly, and with the tact they deserve. Anything that appears personal gets set aside for your decision, and donation is the default for the usable rest.
How fast can you come?
Single items often within a day or two in major cities. Full clear-outs get scheduled after a walkthrough — usually within the week.
