AZAANEX PROPERTY
Appliance Installation
The store delivered the dishwasher and left it in the middle of the kitchen. The gap between "delivered" and "working" is exactly what this service closes — installation done properly, with licensed trades on the connections that legally need them.
What we install
Dishwashers, washers and dryers, ranges and cooktops, over-the-range microwaves, range hoods, refrigerators with water lines — the appliances where installation involves more than a plug. Removal and disposal of the old unit is part of the job if you want it gone.
The unglamorous parts are the point: a dishwasher connected with a proper air gap and no slow leak behind the cabinet, a dryer vented with rigid duct instead of a fire-hazard plastic slinky, an anti-tip bracket actually installed on the range instead of left in the bag.
When licensed trades are required
Gas connections need a licensed gas fitter. New circuits or hardwired connections need a licensed electrician. Plumbing modifications beyond a simple valve swap need a plumber. Those are provincial rules, not our preference — and we schedule the licensed trade as part of the same job rather than leaving you to discover the requirement on installation day.

Frequently asked questions
The retailer offers installation. Why use you?
Sometimes retailer installation is fine. Where we earn our fee: complex connections, coordinating a licensed trade, removal of the old unit, and being accountable afterwards rather than a subcontractor you can’t reach.
Can you install a gas range?
Yes — the connection is made by a licensed gas fitter, which is a legal requirement, and leak-tested before the job is called done.
Do you move appliances between rooms or homes?
Disconnection and reconnection around a move is common work for us — and it pairs naturally with AZAANEX MOVE handling the move itself.
What about built-in and panel-ready appliances?
Yes, with the honest caveat that built-ins are cabinetry work as much as appliance work — describe the setup and we quote it accurately.
