We book the credential each province actually requires and say which one on every quote.

Do I really need an inspection or test, or are you selling caution?
Fair question. Buying a house: inspection, yes, always. Basement you spend time in: radon test once — it’s cheap and the risk is real. Musty smells or past leaks: assessment before finishing anything. Beyond that, we’ll honestly tell you when doing nothing is fine.
Who actually shows up at my door?
A licensed, insured local professional we selected — home inspectors, registered energy advisors, certified radon professionals, depending on the job. We coordinate; the credential holder does the credentialed work. It says so on every service page because it’s true.
Can the same company fix what the inspection finds?
Yes — that’s half the point of a divisions company. The report goes to AZAANEX BUILD as the scope, you get a repair quote without re-explaining anything, and one company stays accountable for both halves.
